So after two Inspectors General of different intelligence agencies reported that there were at least two Top Secret documents which had been in her possession, the hard evidence is lacking. However, she can still be prosecuted if the will to do so is there because she was told to hand over the server with its contents and instead had it scrubbed. Plus, reports are coming out that some of those in receipt of the documents she had sent are beginning to be worried and are "coming clean."
The question now becomes one of whether or not the Obama Administration will go after the truth, build the case and prosecute. While there is no love lost between the Clintons and the President, he certainly is unlikely to want a full fledged prosecution of one of his top Cabinet officials to be ongoing during a Presidential cycle. After all, it is reported that he plans to stick around Washington after his term of office to keep the Democrats on track in their destruction of America.
If I were a betting man I'd say that more likely would be the pull out from the campaign by Hillary and her replacement by a figurehead candidate who Obama and his minions can continue to control. While this might sound far-fetched, I can't see the Left shunting Obama to the side in their ongoing quest; he is too useful to the Soros wing of the party in keeping the chaos and turmoil present in America in an attempt to avoid facing the truth about what has taken place over the past nearly seven years.
There is already talk by intelligence officials of pulling Hillary's security clearance, something that they can do unilaterally. It is customary for former high officials to maintain their clearance so they can be used in an advisory capacity should the need arise. Voiding it would clearly be seen as evidence of significant wrongdoing be there a conviction or not. And this action would have the likely result of disqualifying her in the public eye from further public office although when the Clintons are involved that is never a sure thing.
If you are conservative and want real change, the only solution is to insure that the White House is occupied during the next term by an American loving individual who wants to bring this country back. This is the only way to end this madness whether Clinton takes the legal hit or not. And it will also be the best way to neutralize Obama, regardless of where he chooses to reside. If we don't accomplish that, it won't matter what happens to Hillary, for others of her ilk will inherit high places and things will continue to deteriorate in the Land of the Free.
Pay attention, get busy and work to see that meaningful change comes about. It is our last best hope.
