So, now Pennsylvania residents in a number of counties where, excepting the issues cited above, could reasonably get back to work, Wolf has issued strict edicts against that and the counties are openly rebelling. Even the sheriffs say they won't enforce such rules and the county prosecutors say they won't prefer charges in cases that are in violation of Pennsylvania's own constitution. Wolf, nonetheless, went on TV issuing dire consequences to those who didn't obey, accusing good Pennsylvania citizens of being selfish and even cowardly. Really, Governor Wolf? It would seem you are the one being selfish and cowardly, hiding in your fancy digs in Harrisburg while the good people of your state struggle to figure our how to feed themselves and their family. I don't believe this will end well for Wolf now that the citizens, many of whom probably voted for him, see his true colors. He is an uncaring, undiplomatic and ideological politician who can't see the forest for the trees when referring to common sense. But, sadly, for now the good people of Pennsylvania suffer and for what? The answer is for nothing but Wolf's arrogance and his sordid beliefs. That is sad to see in anyone who calls himself a member of the human race.
In closing, let me just add that Wolf's characterization of his good people as less than honorable from his lofty spot in Harrisburg, protected by State Police and major security is the height of cowardice. And it brings to mind a similar such action I remember from a approximately a decade ago by none other than Eric Holder, President Obama's Attorney General at the time, when he said America was a nation of cowards on the issue of race and he called for a nationwide dialog on that subject. Then, he immediately proceeded to lecture the nation of his views and that was supposed to be a national dialog, albeit a one way presentation with with no input or two way discussion at all. And remember, it was also done from his lofty and safe location in the Justice Department. Using words to berate citizens from a "safe room" seems to be a trait of liberal politicians. Be it Wolf or someone else, it offers another reason why they must be defeated. Today's jaded liberalism is a thorn in the side of freedom and it must be removed. Just this writer's opinion, you are welcome to have your own at least while it is still a free country.
