What a difference a week makes. Last week we were coming out of the COVID-19 worst of times and wearing or not wearing masks and when will still closed business open were the big concerns. Who would have thought that only a week later we would be in the middle of an urban war across America. Now we have cities burning, looting and violence everywhere, but yet there is one thing they all have in common. The cities burning, just like the places so intent on keeping businesses closed and people masked are nearly all Blue Cities, cities governed by Progressive Leftists. And while they have had no difficulty keeping decent citizens from being able to work and support themselves, those same leaders can't seem to be capable of protecting their cities and their citizens from mass insurrection. They were able to close churches whether or not the science really supported their extreme business, but they can't approve of arresting arsonists, looters and those physically attacked others. Blue State Governors and Mayors, with few exceptions, have done little. They know that Antifa and other similar organizations are not legitimate protest organizations but anarchists, yet they refuse to do what must be done quickly and that is stopping the violence through a willingness to use force if necessary.
Make no mistake about it, the riots are unrelated to the George Floyd tragedy. What they are is organized thugs who were waiting for the right moment and when the signal is given, notice how many different cities all over the fruited plain begin the anarchy like clockwork. Cities such as Lost Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Nashville, Jacksonville, Washington, Philadelphia and New York have all been hit hard in a well-planned attack. There have even been situations where caches of flammable materials and bricks have been left in a selected location for use by the rioters. A pallet of bricks is expensive and being able to sacrifice a car, with license plates pulled, as a storage site for flammable materials to use is not a coincidence. It is well organized and supported by politicians using the opportunity, as former Clinton White House operative and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is quoted as saying, "Never let a good crisis go to waste." And I'll add, not even a manufactured one. Wake up, America, and look carefully where the problems arise and who they are associated with and we'll learn the truth. And part of that truth is that Donald Trump is not the problem. The sad truth is the only way you end a violent riot is with overwhelming force. It's time to set that in motion for the sake of the good, law abiding citizens of the United States.
