An investigation was begun by the FBI and the corruption findings came to light, including bribery, kickbacks, money laundering, and extortion involving Russian and American interests, yet no charges were proffered. Instead, Attorney General Eric Holder put the investigation on an active hold, meaning information about it could not be released. The hold was only released in late 2014, and Hillary Clinton had become Secretary of State in the interim and she had voted for the decisions to allow not only Russia to take charge of the assets but even sell them back to the United States. Just think about, a significant portion of America's uranium needs were being controlled by Russia and they had the power to deny our access.
Hillary's votes were part of the process of the government committee which controlled American uranium and she, as head of the State Department, and leaders from the Department of Justice and Energy Department were involved. Cutting to the chase, Hillary lied about her involvement and that, of course brings up the question: why? Well, with Hillary, it's easy. It was about money, lots and lots of money and very soon thereafter Russia began contributions in the millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. Bill, for his part, was given a half-million dollar speaking fee for a speech made in Moscow.
Another interesting note about this situation is the names of those who had their fingers in this action in some way or fashion during the period beginning in 2009. They included former Attorney General Eric Holder, then FBI Director Robert Mueller, and FBI officials Andrew McCable and Rod Rosenstein (both retained by the Trump Administration), and both of the Clinton's themselves. If you think the uranium action lacks importance, but a "trumped" up dossier about Trump and "golden showers" in a Moscow hotel room are important, then you must have one hell of a bias clouding your judgment. Let's face it, folks, the Russian Conspiracy is right here in this issue and it has nothing to do with Trump.
Today, Chairman Chuck Grassley and his Senate Judiciary Committee have called Attorney General Jeff Sessions to testify, this being one of the key subjects of questioning. Recusal from Russia or not, Sessions needs to get actively involved in the real Russian problem or find someone independent, not Rosenstein, McCabe or any other Obama Administration holdover to get involved. This is serious, it could even be deadly business and America has to flush the corruption out, no matter who the culprit. The law applies to all of us, not just the average citizen.
I am reposting the links to the original Hill article below as well as the story of the impending Senate Judiciary Committee meeting. Read it for yourself, it's quite powerful and it took courage for John Solomon to do the digging to find the truth. Only the truth will set us free. And please note, the source is not by any means a conservative source; it's one respected by many of all political views and persuasions.
