First, Speaker John Boehner, after multiple proposals where he kept giving ground to the Democrats, had his legs cut out from under him by Senator Mitch McConnell. McConnell gave the store away to Harry Reid, leaving Boehner in a pickle with nowhere to go. As happens time after time, McConnell fought for nothing and got nothing and, as a result, we will end up giving Obama everything he wanted and more. And even though it's a short term agreement, I will guarantee that the skids are already greased to cave again. The Establishment Republicans are much more closely in tune with the Democrats than they are with the rank and file Republicans in flyover country.

So here we are, America. The debt ceiling is being extended, the partial shutdown is lifted, the outrageous Obamacare moves onward to destroy America and the public's pocketbooks, but McConnell, Boehner, their staffs and the government including the President and his officials are exempted from the dastardly health program. Once again, it's do as I say not as I do in Washington.
For a government to treat its elected officials as princes and princesses of the Kingdom while treating the American citizenry, their bosses, as serfs is absolutely immoral. Meanwhile, the corruption, the waste, the cronyism and the unfairness continues on unabated while the politicians smile, pat each other on the back, and make speeches lauding their greatness. McConnell even got some pork barrel spending thrown in to the deal to go along with Reid.
Ladies and gentlemen of the political elites, I think your failure to deal with Obamacare and its impact will be something that you will never outlive. And for Senator McConnell, I say this: Harry Reid's comments in the Chamber lauding your cooperation will haunt you in droves as you seek reelection. I hope your primary opponent brings it up loudly and often.
I'm not going to belabor the point any further but I will say this: I am done with the Republican Party. It's not my party any more. They won't stand and fight for anything, they just continue to kick the can down the road to another deadline which will also be extended. They can't be trusted, they are not one with us, and I refuse to help them any longer. But I will, dear friends, #StandWithCruz. From now on, I will only support those who believe in real conservatism, not a phony hybrid brand.
America is in real peril today. So let's work hard to find good conservative candidates who sold out the principles on which this country was born. It's time to take her back.
