Listening to the radio and TV headlines this morning as the media tries to put its spin on things, I noticed that the only thing they wanted to talk about was Trump's statement when asked if he would accept the results of the voting on election night. He responded with words to the effect that he would make that decision at that time and he will keep the media and Americans posted.
Well, you would have thought that the world was coming to an end as Jonathan Karl of ABC, Britt Hume at Fox and so many more just saw that statement as outrageous. They just don't get it and, as usual, they misinterpret it trying to put the spin they seek on it. All Trump is doing is telling the country that the election must be fair and above board, following the rules and procedures to the letter of the law. We have recently seen in the antics of those working for the Democratic National Committee and their support campaign bodies, led by the finally disgraced Robert Creamer, which has been captured on video that Trump has every reason to be cautious in reaching a final decision.
Factor in to that George Soros. A Soros board member has a company which provided voting machines for sixteen states. That should give us all concern. For those who don't know, Soros is a huge supporter of Hillary Clinton and a primary advocate for, and would be a huge beneficiary of, a world wide change to the New World Order. He has a reputation for using any trick of the trade to get what he wants, usually ending up with a financial gain from the difficulties created in a sovereign nation due to chaos and economic problems.
The potential for "hanky panky" in the process is at a high level based upon what we're learning daily from Wikileaks and Project Veritas updates and videos, yet the media refuses to look at these things, preferring to cast disparity at Trump as they do repeatedly in their blind march to elect Clinton through their communication channels. And perhaps we should look back at the 2000 result between George Bush and Albert Gore.
Gore initially signaled a concession and then, forty-five minutes later, said he had changed his mind as some results changed and began a period of confusion with hanging chads, differing evaluation standards and political chaos. One can agree with the ultimate decision by the United States Supreme Court or not, but it would behoove each of us to look at that decision, an excellent copy of which is provided at this link:
There were many differing approaches used by different local election officials and no consistency among them. For this reason, the U.S. Supreme Court took up the case and we all know that outcome.
It would be a good idea for each American to look at what is coming out from Wikileaks and Project Veritas, two organizations that were just cited above for providing the investigations for truth that the Democrats, many Establishment Republicans, the Justice Department and FBI won't. It's really amazing how so many are eager to appoint a Special Prosecutor to examine Republican administrations but then claim later that the Democrats are fully capable of fairly looking at problems internally. That is laughable and it resurfaces in this blogger's mind that picture of Black Panthers in uniforms and holding baseball bats in front of a Philadelphia polling place in the last election. Justice Department officials had a conviction in the bag, then Attorney General Eric Holder scrubbed it. Think about that and you should be concerned.
Things like this are what makes Trump be very careful and hold his options open. He will watch what goes on very carefully and demand, as he should, his right to fairness in the process. All he is asking for is the the rule of law properly followed. If law and order and adherence to voting laws are upheld, there won't be any question of what Trump will do. He will honor the election.
Open your eyes, America, and you, too, will see.
