For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

This famous scripture verse is so basic and so simple, yet we can't seem to follow it. Jesus came to this earth to save us from our sins through His grace and His sacrifice and the only thing required of us is to believe in Him. And if we believe in Him and we live as He wants us to with love in our hearts for our fellow man, then it's quite clear that all lives matter. So what's the problem?
Well, that "fallen fellow" is also traveling the earth and he is constantly looking for those who are weak, who have no faith and are easy marks for his message. And he can put on many faces and through his wiles get others on earth to speak for him, packaging his message as something that it isn't while just fomenting hate.
Look around you here in America and you can see him at work everywhere. When mankind takes glee in harming others, when people destroy the very places where they live thinking it will get them something special and even when corrupted government officials become overcome with their power and think they actually rule instead of govern.
The riots and mayhem and the terrorism and killings we see today are just examples of his work and, remember, God has given us free will, so the choice be it good or evil is ours to make. The only way to get America back on the right track is to once again turn to God, ask Him for forgiveness and follow His Way.
God expects us to be strong and to remember that Jesus came and died for all who live, not just a few. But it takes faith, strength, and perseverance to stay the course to reach His Kingdom when our days on earth are done. Perhaps nothing makes it more clear than the following words found in Matthew 24:11-13:
And many false profits will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
Sounds familiar to what is going on here in America today, doesn't it? Get your full body armor of God on, be strong and persevere, for His saving grace offers an eternity richer than any can imagine. And while we can't even fathom how wondrous and beautiful it will be, if we stand by our faith we will be joyous when we reach it. All lives are worth the effort to save because all lives matter. Each of us must do whatever we can within our own limited ways to get America back together.
