I find it amazing how little concern anyone seems to have about Obama's lifestyle. If this had been George W. Bush we would have the NBC and other network shills going crazy, but no, not for Obama. They just say that the poor man needs his rest for all the hard work he does. He does work hard; he works hard at playing. Like playing Spades during the Benghazi disaster or playing golf no matter what crisis situation is going on that he helped to create.
Look, I don't begrudge the President taking a vacation, but the question is about how many and how expensive and how "in your face" he is going to be. W took vacations, but they were usually at his Texas ranch where the infrastructure was set up once and remained and he went out of his way not to disturb others. From what I hear about Obama's vacation, the locals are very upset because he has turned the island into a parking lot. Kind of reminds me of Clinton stopping traffic on the runways of LAX years ago for a Hollywood haircut.
And if cost isn't enough, he sends his family separately (huge air and support costs) and then, to really rub it in, his dog Bo comes by military Osprey with a huge entourage. Hey, Mr. President, do like the rest of us do and leave your dog with the vet or, at the very least, put him on "YOUR" plane in a dog carrier.
The President of the United States needs to lead by example in everything he does. This guy doesn't lead at all, he just follows the puppet strings of Valerie Jarrett and then goes off for the fried foods that Michelle won't let any of the rest of us eat. I'll bet she's secretly wolfing them down just like he is. Burgers, fries and shakes, anyone? And cost, well, when you are almost $17T in debt what does a few billion mean.
I have an idea, Mr. President, why don't you spend your vacation back in that lovely vacation hotspot, your hometown of Chicago? Oh, I know it's not a vacation town, but it sure is a hotspot. And just think, then you could see first hand all the black on black and black on white crime and focus on that instead of George Zimmerman. Be a leader for a change. Do something positive for America instead of being the problem. Return the country to its roots, let businesses prosper, and just get out of the way.
God help us, America. I don't know if we'll have anything left in another three years. I pray every day for our redemption but I fear that God has given up on us. Time for us to make a U-turn, don't you think?
Have a wonderful weekend, forget about this stuff until Monday and don't forget to worship Him tomorrow. God bless you all.
