Sadly the war that we are having is one of the people against their government. It's not a physical battle, it's an emotional one and it is primarily one of ideas. We, the people want our country to retain our heritage and our history, the government wants to change all of that. It wants to turn the greatest nation on earth into a third world country where the middle class is eliminated and more and more citizens are dependent on government for their very existence.
Why? For power and money. Our politicians that we elected go to Washington have become immersed in and enamored by the privileges they gain and the power they can amass and they spend their entire time in office working to maintain their status and forgetting the very reason they were elected: to represent their constituents.
Oh, there are a number of good and courageous leaders in their midst and we've even managed to elect a few more who will take office next Tuesday. But the problem is that the leaders of both parties have tweaked the system so that the good folks must bow to the powerful or they end up as backbenchers with no influence whatsoever. The only way that can change is for the good Conservatives to hold their ground and bring all of the things taking place into public view. Thankfully, there are a few signs of that these days but not nearly enough and if something doesn't happen soon it will be too late.
America is headed for a major collapse while the Fed keeps printing money, Congress plays its political games and the President continue to write his own laws by memo. If only the new majority party in both Houses would stand up and say no, there might be hope, but we've already seen that both Mitch McConnell and John Boehner prefer to play ball with the Democrats and their masters, the Chamber of Commerce, so unless these two men are removed not only will the nation suffer but the party they represent will die. In fact, I think it might already be past redemption.
The first thing we can do as we reengage the battle must be done quickly, for the damage will be done next Tuesday. I am talking about John Boehner, who as it stands right now will be reelected Speaker on that day. His reelection will represent total capitulation to Obama after his party gained such strong footing by saying they would fight Obama. But Boehner, and his Senate counterpart McConnell, have no such plans.
So it's time to get on the phone and jam the lines to every Republican House member and demand that they find a Conservative replacement for Boehner. That's the first step in doing something positive with the new majority. Be very exacting in your comments and be polite, but for the sake of the country make the call.
We can't survive any more weakness out of the party that was victorious. We can't accept them operating as if they are losers. And we can't tolerate them living for their own riches and power while those the represent are not being supported. Please, join me in this, it is an important skirmish in the ongoing War for America. Let's win this war and fly Old Glory proudly. But first things first, #DumpJohnBoehner. God bless America.
