Think about what you've done. With Americans now opposing Amnesty 60%-36%, a disapproval rate even two points higher than Obamacare, you have chosen to vote against their interests and for your own self-interest. And what's even more repulsive is the fact that the result will not be in your self-interest at all as even the most disengaged of the citizenry is quickly becoming aware of what you have done. You have done nothing to break the chains being created by a worthless healthcare program that costs more and delivers much less while also putting job opportunities for illegal aliens ahead of our own citizens who desperately need work. It is truly unthinkable what you have so callously done without regret.
John Boehner should be removed from the Speakership as soon as the new House organizes in January, for he is now a lightning rod of failure as a leader and as a man who is supposed to be representative of the Party of Lincoln. Instead, he has shown his true colors as a representative of the Party of Cowardice and Deception, and it is not a party that will hold sway for long on that path. I don't even think you have to worry about the Presidential election, for nomination of another RINO when we need a Conservative with vision will just further seal your fate.
And I also hope that Mitch McConnell is watching and paying attention carefully, for he is the next one who can no longer waffle and wimp out, he must come out decisively for or against this travesty and the result will peg him for whatever period he serves as Senate Majority Leader. With five liberals going home permanently after this short lame duck sessions and with nine new Republicans taking office soon, McConnell should at least have the decency to refuse to go along with the Obama-supported sell-out of the nation. Sadly, I doubt that he has the spine and the intestinal fortitude to do so. And if he doesn't and goes along with the weaklings who will do anything for Chamber of Commerce money, it will be the day that the Republican Party officially dies. And at that point many of us will have a big decision to make. Will we finally put the party in it's casket and bury it as should be done?
My personal view is that right now it's like an Alzheimer's patient, the body is still alive but the spirit is already gone. It's time to organize a new Conservative Party and call for a Constitutional Convention under the provisions of Amendment Five. We can no longer trust our politicians to do what is right and just and it's now up to us to take the action that is allowed by the Constitution itself.
May God bless the United States, may we again place Him first and foremost in our hearts and actions and may we do what we must to bring the Spirit of America back to center stage again. It's what the Founders would expect of us and it's the least we can do after what they did to make us free.
