Join us on North Florida Writer Live Saturday morning at 10:30 as my frequent guest, Mark Collier and I discuss the impact of crony capitalism on the world around us. If you wonder why the middle class is dying and small business is suffering, then I think you'll find the discussion one that makes sense. The link between government and business has been growing for generations and with international bankers tied at the hip with both parties it is more apparent than ever.
Andrew Jackson warned of the danger of a national banking system tied with international power brokers and fought against it, but since wars are frequent and require great sums of money, the banking interests gain leverage when the funds are needed for that purpose. And the financing aspects seem never ending due to the high cost. And the bankers win no matter who wins and loses, for they are paid for all aspects of the heavy borrowing needed both by winners, losers and the rebuilding efforts.
Remember, Dwight Eisenhower said that the military (government)-industrial (big business) complex was very powerful and since his day it has placed its tentacles in so many aspects of our life today, including medicine and health, education, administrative systems, housing and so much more. There are practically no aspects of life that have not been changed due to this, even including our religious institutions, many of whom which have put what used to be charity in the arms of a church-government scheme as exemplified by the housing programs and processes for illegal aliens entering the country.
We will talk at length about the links to banking, the power of the special interests supported on behalf of corporations worldwide and how they have unbridled access to the politically powerful who end up serving them as masters instead of we, the people who they are sworn to support. And we'll also discuss the tipping point that is now rapidly approaching and how average Americans have finally become so fed up that they are looking for a major change, a house cleaning of the Washington Establishment which time and again shows its lack of concern for the country they are supposed to serve. This is either going to change or the system is likely to destroy itself, and the problem is not just here in America but worldwide.
I hope you'll tune in for a lively discussion. It's time for us all to wake up and face the music. America either needs to reform herself and truly listen to the people or it will soon likely self-destruct. Governance is not a win for the politicians and lose for the people game. If it continues to be played that way the great experiment that was this great land will perish. Here's the link to the show:
