You know, sometimes I think they have a lot more sense than we humans. They sense when things are wrong and react accordingly. We often just keep on plodding down a dangerous path.
Here's the excerpt, a memorial to Yeardley, a wonderful Springer spaniel who we lost last year. I still miss this wonderful dog
"I buried a good friend today. His name was Yeardley. He was a special family member for nearly twelve years and it was hard to say goodbye. He was a brown and white Springer spaniel with a smiling disposition and a zest for life that infected everyone around him.
Now I’m sure there are those who would say oh, he was just a dog, but he was so much more. He was a loyal friend, the farm watchman, the morning wake up call, the protector of chickens and all things fowl, and the family’s positive attitude coordinator. He lived his life to serve us loyally and without question. His mood was always positive and he was truly a Good Old Boy, a Mr. Happy Go Lucky."
I am truly blessed to live with my beautiful wife in rural America where we can enjoy nature in a real setting. It offers a wonderful respite from the troubles of this world while I await the glory of life in another world. God bless you all and I'll keep you posted on my work.
