The guidance which will be followed for opening sit down restaurants is clearly the most disconcerting of the two right now. The outlandish Governor's edict on restaurants says as they are allowed to open, the management of the restaurant will be required to maintain an active log containing the names, address, date and time visiting the establishment and a the email address of every member of their party. Obviously, in addition to the potential damage to personal privacy, the bureaucracy-loving Governor Inslee has put a heavy burden on the restaurant, will infuriate many potential customers, and likely directly impact its ability to come back strong in a time of turmoil. Inslee was even asked by a questioner about how he was going to insure protection of personal information and his answer left a giant hole in the problem. Instead of simply stating that Washington would protect the privacy he said Washington reserved the right to insure privacy. What does that mean? Well, it actually means nothing.
As citizens started learning of that process, they also learned of the state working to hire some fifteen hundred contract tracing personnel or less if they have existing sources of manpower that can be devoted to the process. In fact, right now the plan to call on individuals given to them by health authorities. At the current time, Inslee proclaims that citizens don't need to worry about any abuse, that they will merely visit, ask questions of those being traced and that their answers are strictly voluntary. Now, keep in mind that approximately five hundred National Guard employee are already projected to participate in the program and, frankly, many citizens don't trust the Governor, particularly those in the more conservative portions of the state and they have reason for concern. Remember that Inslee, for a very short time a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President, represents the full scale of the most absurd Climate Change zealots of the AOC mold. The fear of most is that the state government will take force in the instance that citizens refuse to cooperate with the tracing effort. Washington does have three facilities where people can reside if they can't live at home due to COVID issues and the rumors swirl that children might be removed from their homes, or, as many in other places fear, be forced to accept inoculation despite many concerns about what that will entail. I'm not accusing Governor Inslee but from his past ideological stance I think there is plenty of reason to worry. Why? Well, since he is part of the group of four Western state governors (California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington) seeking a one trillion dollar bailout from the federal government for their financial malfeasance which includes much more than anything related to COVID-19. He sounds like a disciple of Nancy Pelosi and that should concern anyone.
So, as promised, I've completed my three-part blog series on how Blue State Governors lead the way to destruction. Yes, Governors Wolf (PA), Cuomo (NY) and now Inslee (WA) are leading their states in ways most Americans could have every thought possible not many years ago, but they are no means the only ones. But they are good representative examples and for this reason, we might consider them "The Three Stooges of State Government" in the New Democratic Party. While the policy of the party today might be new in the way they use it, the policy represents exactly what some pretty nasty hombres have practiced around the world for many years, it's just it is one that never before was pushed so hard in so many places in the United States of America. Be careful what you wish for, America, you might just get it. In the end, freedom always trumps security, for total security usually results in nothing but tyrannical control.
